Big rig flips on Capital Blvd in Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A big rig flipped on Capital Boulevard on Friday afternoon, causing a traffic headache for motorists in the area.

It happened on Capital Blvd. southbound near I-540. Two southbound lanes were closed to traffic while crews worked to get the truck upright.

All lanes on Capital Blvd. have since reopened.

Authorities have not said how the truck flipped or if the driver was injured.
