RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A car and a moped collided on North Carolina State University's campus Thursday morning.
The incident, which happened around 6:30 a.m., left the driver of the moped injured.
An eyewitness at the scene told ABC11 that a westbound car attempted to turn left from Hillsborough Street onto Dan Allen Drive and pulled out in front of the moped.
There is currently no left turn lane at the intersection due to construction.
The driver of the moped was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Raleigh Police are investigating the incident.
