SUV catches fire on Crabtree Valley Mall parking deck

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- There was a scare for some shoppers Wednesday evening on a parking deck at Crabtree Valley Mall.

An ABC11 viewer captured video of an SUV burning on the third floor outside of Belk.

The viewer said the car's owner was trying to put out the flames, but they were spreading quickly.

Firefighters responded a short time later.

There's no word yet on what started the fire.
