"Coming Soon" signs entice home buyers

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- If you're in the market for a house, you'll quickly find that in the Triangle, it's a seller's market.

In response to the high demand, real estate agents are getting creative by advertising a home before it's even listed.

As it turns out, when buyers see a sign that reads, "Coming Soon," it's hard to resist.
