PHOTOS: STEM With Soul Expo helps expose youth to STEM

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- ABC11's John Clark hosted STEM With Soul in Raleigh.

The event promoted Science, Technology, Engineering and Math to underrepresented youth.

It was held on March 6 in Raleigh.

First Lego League JR came to John Chavis Park to allow the youth to build a Boomtown to reflect the communities in which they live.

Parents and children spoke with STEM professionals for questions and insight on how to achieve their dreams in midst of challenges.
