Driver crashes into utility pole in Durham

DURHAM (WTVD) -- A driver crashed into a utility pole Friday night.

It happened on Alston Avenue at Nixon Street when the car plowed into the pole, bringing down lines.

Officials said the driver was hurt but expected to recover.
