Crowd gathers in downtown Apex to show solidarity for Black Lives Matter movement

APEX, N.C. -- A crowd of peaceful demonstrators gathered in downtown Apex to show solidarity to the Black Lives Matter movement on Saturday afternoon.
The gathering was an opportunity for youth and adults to have their voices heard on the issues of the day.
People wore black clothing in solidarity of the Black Lives Matter movement.
Participants had the opportunity to speak, sing and share art to those who gathered.
