Man injured after dump truck overturns, spills load in Durham

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- One man was taken to the hospital Friday morning after a dump truck overturned on Ellis Road.

Durham police said the truck overturned around 5:30 a.m., injuring the driver and dumping its load of sand.

Officers have yet to release the man's identity, the severity of his injuries, or cause of the wreck.
