Man shot, killed overnight on Guess Road in Durham, police say

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- Durham police are investigating after a man was shot and killed on Guess Road overnight.

Authorities said it happened around 2:30 a.m. in the 2400 block of Guess Road.

Upon arrival, officers found a man shot in the parking lot. The man was taken to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Witnesses told police the man, who was later identified as 21-year-old Fabian Jose Aldana-Tesco, was shot during an argument.

An investigation is underway. No charges have been filed.
