Child pricked with needles left in teddy bear

CARSON CITY, Nev. -- A 7-year-old is undergoing tests after being pricked by a needle hidden in a teddy bear.

Officials say the child found the bear in a trash can outside a school in Carson City, Nevada.

Deputies found five syringes inside the bear, and they all tested positive for meth.

They are trying to figure out who left the bear near the school.
