National Pawn to donate instruments, money to Lucas Middle School

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- One Triangle school is getting a big boost to keep the music playing.

Unlike many schools forced to scrap music programs because of tight budgets, Lucas Middle School in Durham will not.

National Pawn is donating 100 musical instruments Wednesday to the school's music program.

This is the eighth year National Pawn, which is based in Durham, has donated musical instruments to music programs at local schools.
