Phi Beta Sigma donates school supplies to SE Raleigh elementary school

The local Sigma Scholar's Inc Foundation and the Eta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity presented Back to School supplies to the principal, teachers and staff of the new Southeast Raleigh elementary school.
