CLAYTON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Raleigh man is dead after a serious accident involving a moped and a car in Johnston County.
It happened just before 11:30 p.m. Friday on East Garner Road at Pine Hollow Drive.
Troopers told ABC11 52-year-old Hector Matos was killed when his moped went left of center into a head-on crash with a car.
The driver of the car was not injured and no charges are being filed.
