Police need help to identify suspects

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Fayetteville police are searching for two suspects after an armed robbery.



It happened at the Family Dollar on Andrews Road just before 10 p.m. on Friday.



Police said two black males went into the store and one of them pulled out a gun and demanded the employees give them money from the registers.



They were wearing dark hoodies, pants, and gloves along with a cloth to cover their face, according to authorities.



The two suspects fled the scene on foot after getting the money.





Police are asking for the public's help to identify the two men. Anyone with information concerning the robbery or the identity of the suspects is asked to contact Detective K. Hertrich at (910) 709-8063. Information can also be submitted by calling Crimestoppers at (910) 483-TIPS (8477).
