Free museum admission and yoga for charity this weekend
How to snag free museum admission this weekend to yoga for charity donations in Raleigh.

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- If your weekend plans include a trip to the Marbles Museum in Raleigh or The Nasher Museum of Art at Duke, we've got a way you can score free admission.

Bank of America or Merrill Lynch credit and debit card holders can show their card and an ID to get in free of charge. It's part of the Museums On Us program offering free admission to more than 150 locations across the country during the first full weekend of each month.

And, for the yoga lovers in The Triangle, a new studio in North Raleigh, Gratitude Hot Yoga Center, officially opens Saturday - giving you an opportunity to try it out for only a donation.

"It's whatever you can give," explained Gratitude Hot Yoga owner Andrea Sewitsky. "It's all going to a great cause, we love giving back."

The donations from Saturday classes from 8:30am-430pm will go to help build an orphanage.

"All of the donations will go towards the Home Of Hope," said Sewitsky. "We're building an orphanage in India, helping to build an orphanage in India, with Mother Theresa's Home of Hope Foundation."

Gratitude will also be offering donation only classes in downtown Raleigh every Sunday in October at Lululemon's new sister store called Ivivva.

Donations collected from the Ivivva classes will also go towards building the orphanage.

"The whole concept of being grateful, thats what creates happiness," said Sewitsky.
