Doctors provide free medical clinic in Wake Forest

WAKE FOREST, N.C. (WTVD) -- The Living Word Family Church held a free medical clinic on Saturday in Wake Forest.

The line started early for people hoping to receive health care at no cost.

Doctors performed eye exams, dental check-ups, and general physical examinations.

Organizers made sure to provide medical supplies to those in need. They even handed out free eyeglasses.

The services were provided on a first-come, first-serve basis from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All community members were welcome.
