Halloween comes a little early at Duke Children's Hospital

It's the little things that count when Halloween is approaching and you're a patient at Duke Children's Hospital.

So just getting a costume and painting a pumpkin mean a lot this year, and it is thanks to the generosity of Spirit Halloween stores.
