RALEIGH (WTVD) -- In Connecticut, students may soon be forced to kick their mid-day chocolate milk.

Connecticut lawmakers are waiting for the governor's signature on a bill that would ban chocolate milk and some kinds of juice from school cafeterias.

If the governor signs the bill, Connecticut would be the first in the country to ban chocolate milk at school.

Some school nutritionists think the proposed law will backfire and end-up jeopardizing the health of children.
