It's week 4, can't believe it. I want to say it's gone by so fast, but if I'm being truthful, it hasn't. I just cannot get into exercising yet. But knowing there are others out there who are exercising-ly (I know it may not be a word, but it fits my situation) challenged, makes it easier to go through.
Here's this weeks exercise of the week:
Instead of just stretching (which you need to keep doing), this one starts to work on strengthening those leg muscles even more. Be careful and take your time. If you can't go all the way to the ground, just go as far as you can. And if you are worried about balance, do them next to a wall, a chair, or something else you can hold on to. I've noticed if I do them before my walk, it helps to keep the muscles loose. That's just what works for me.
Well off to get my step count up. I've got school meetings and a haircut this afternoon, so I'm trying to make a few extra laps around our building. You'd be amazed at how 5 extra minutes here or there between projects really adds up.
Good luck and keep moving!
