A Santa Clarita teenager who became paralyzed from the waist down in a motocross accident is getting a taste of what it's like to walk again thanks to new technology.

LOS ANGELES -- A Santa Clarita, Calif. teenager who became paralyzed from the waist down in a motocross accident is getting a taste of what it's like to walk again thanks to new technology.

The 55-pound ReWalk Exoskeleton senses where 17-year-old Justin Covarrubias wants to go and provides powered hip and knee motion.

Dignity Health Northridge Hospital Medical Center is the first facility in the San Fernando Valley to offer the spinal cord injury therapy.
