Red Cross has urgent need for blood

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- During the summer, many of us get out of regular routines as we go on summer vacations and keep the kids entertained during the day. That's one reason why there is an urgent need for blood right now since many people don't have time to donate.

The American Red Cross operates Blood Donation Centers throughout the Triangle.
