HGTV founder speaks to Raleigh Women's Leadership Conference

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- About 500 women gathered in Raleigh Thursday to listen to the headliner at the Greater Raleigh Chamber's Women's Leadership Conference, presented by PNC.

HGTV co-founder - and author of the book "New Rules of the Game" - Susan Packard offered her best advice for women who want to make it to the top.

She told ABC11 women should not be afraid to express a competitive spirit.
