Two Triangle-area cities have been ranked as some of the best places to live by Money Magazine.

The magazine ranked the 100 "Best Places to Live in America," and Knightdale and Morrisville made the cut.

Researchers used 70 different types of data to rank eligible towns. The categories included: economy, cost of living, education, housing, crime, amenities, and ease of living

After taking all that data into account, Knightdale ranked 76th and Morrisville ranked 90th!

Officials with Money Magazine said they looked at communities with populations between 10,000 and 100,000.

Places that had double the national crime risk, less than 85 percent of its state's median household income, or a lack of ethnic diversity were eliminated from the list, leaving 2,400 towns eligible.
