Injuries reported in multi-vehicle wreck on I-40 in Wake County

WAKE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- Troopers are investigating a multi-vehicle wreck along I-40 westbound at Aviation Parkway Sunday morning.

Two lanes were closed but they reopened just before 6 a.m.

Troopers say at least two vehicles were involved and there were injuries reported.

The extent of those injuries is unclear.
