The LEGO flag is 9.5-feet tall and 14-feet wide and includes over 100,000 red, white and blue bricks. It was designed by LEGO Master Builders Dan and Chris Steininger. The father-son duo is one of six master builder teams that travel the world building impressive LEGO creations.

The Smithsonian is home to the original Star Spangled Banner, which is displayed just upstairs from the new LEGO creation. The LEGO flag is part of the museum's new Innovation Wing, a 45,000-square-foot interactive learning space, according to ABC News.
