Man shot to death outside Southern Pines store

SOUTHERN PINES, North Carolina (WTVD) -- A man has died after a shooting outside a Southern Pines convenience store.

The Aberdeen Times reports it happened just after 11:30 a.m. at the M&S Market at the corner of West Pennsylvania Avenue and South Stephens Street.

The Southern Pines Police Department has not released the name of the dead man.

The investigation continues.
