VIDEO: Alleged drunk driver runs into other driver stopped for DUI

MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. -- It was a close call on a Michigan highway as police were stopping a suspected drunk driver.

Dashcam video from Macomb County shows authorities taking one driver into custody when suddenly another vehicle comes by, swipes the trooper's vehicle and the car he stopped.

Police say that driver was allegedly drunk as well; both drivers were determined to have a .17 percent blood alcohol level.

No serious injuries were reported and both drivers were charged with DUI.
