Dress for Success holds pop up shop full of Coach items

DURHAM (WTVD) -- If you love Coach and love it even more on sale, the non-profit, Dress For Success, has a three-day pop up shop you won't want to miss at Northgate Mall in Durham.

The sale runs from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. from Thursday, November 19 through Saturday November 21 near Sears at Northgate Mall in Durham.

"Coach, they've been a wonderful supporter of Dress For Success on a worldwide level and this is some of the gifts they've given us to help support our programs," said Beth Briggs, Executive Director for Dress For Success.

"This store is a pop up store for designer coats specifically," Briggs said. "We have some designer jewelry, and, we have some beautiful blouses as well and Coach gloves."

"This is a key fundraiser for us, because every cent everybody pays goes to support a woman helping her go back to work. We have all new items in here, all brand new coats, they are remarkably priced from $75 dollars up to $250 and that's for a $1400 dollar coat," Briggs said.

There are all sizes of jackets, but, Briggs points out, there is a surplus of small, so, many of those items are marked down even more.

"We have lots of small sizes, so if you are a petite woman this would be a wonderful place, but we have all sizes and the prices are amazing," Briggs said. "It's a great place for Christmas shopping."

Dress For Success will also hold a one-day Excess Inventory Sale from 10 a.m. -5 p.m. on Saturday, November 21 next door to their pop up shop selling gently used and designer items at a fraction of the cost. Shoppers can gain access to the Excess Inventory Sale an hour early with a $20 donation at the door.
