Freebies and deals for Veterans Day

Veterans Day is a day to honor members of the military past and present. And, what better way to show appreciation for their service than with dozens of businesses giving free food and services all day?

A good meal or sweet treat is easy for veterans on Friday.

Many restaurants are offering a free meal or item from appetizers to desserts including Applebees, California Pizza Kitchen, Chili's, Denny's, City Bar B Q, and On The Border.

Golden Corral will also offer the Military Appreciation Meal on Monday, November 14 from 5:00PM-9:00PM.

Red Lobster will also offer a free appetizer or dessert with a valid military ID on November 10th and 11th.
