Must-see video: Superhero patrols town

Check out this superhero on patrol! He calls himself the "Guardian Shield."

By day, he works a regular job, but at night, he puts on his costume, grabs his shield, and patrols Beaverton, Oregon neighborhoods to help those in need.

The Shield also carries pepper spray, a stun gun, baton, flashlight, first aid kit, and GoPro camera on his patrols.

He says he simply wants to make his town safer.

Beaverton Police say they don't encourage people to step into dangerous situations.
