Must-see video: Man swings dog at police officer

A bizarre confrontation was caught on a police cruiser dash cam in Park City, Kansas.

In the video, the officer is seen approaching a suspicious man, who has a dog.

The man charges the officer, striking him in the head, and then he swings his dog by its leash at the officer.

The officer attempted to use his stun gun twice but it failed both times.

He also used pepper spray, but that also didn't stop the man.

The whole time, the officer showed great restraint.

Minutes later, backup arrived and officers arrested the man.

The dog, which wasn't hurt, is now at a local animal shelter. Depending on the charges, the man might be able to get the dog back.
