RALEIGH, North Carolina (WTVD) -- Relief at the gas pump could take another couple of days, but fuel is again flowing from Houston.

Colonial Pipeline said Tuesday afternoon that it restarted Pipeline 1 between Houston and Lake Charles.
The pipeline supplies gas to the entire southeastern United States. Pipeline 2 was restarted Monday.
Officials originally estimated the Colonial Pipeline would be up and running Sunday, but that estimate was pushed back after inspection of the damage caused by Hurricane Harvey.
In North Carolina, the average price for a gallon of regular is $2.61.
That's up nearly 40 cents from a week ago.
In the Triangle, drivers are paying about $2.59 a gallon.
A week ago, it was $2.22 a gallon, and in Fayetteville the price was a little less.
