Man charged in Raleigh murder

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Police have made an arrest in a fatal shooting on Paint Rock Lane in southeast Raleigh November 23.

Detectives have charged 28-year-old Jamar Marcell Carraway with murder.

Carraway is accused of shooting 24-year-old Marcus Trevon Howard, who later died from his injuries.

Police say the alleged attack was not random but did not release a motive.
