Cary man charged with sex exploitation of children
WAKE COUNTY (WTVD) -- Authorities in Wake County have arrested 20-year-old Taylor Joseph Seftner on multiple charges of sexual exploitation of children.
Arrest warrants show Seftner was in possession and had produced child pornography of children possibly as young as 3 years old engaging in sex acts.
According to the warrants, Seftner was babysitting one of the victims. Seftner reportedly took photographs of the child while he or she slept.
Seftner, from Cary, is charged with multiple counts of first and second degree sexual exploitation of a minor dating back to September of this year.
Warrants did not reveal if all of the victims were known to Seftner.
Authorities have not released any further information regarding Seftner's bond or future court appearances.
