Man wanted for promoting prostitution turns himself in to Fayetteville PD

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department's Human Trafficking Unit said Jibri Quandel Thomas, 22, turned himself in. He is accused of felony promoting and advancing prostitution.

When arrested, Thomas said media coverage and exposure on social media led him to turn himself in, police say.

He was taken to the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $50,000 secured bond.
