Fayetteville police searching for sexual assault suspect

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Detectives are searching for a suspect in a sexual assault that occurred in the 6500 block of Tareyton Road.

Authorities say a juvenile accused Rick Derrell McIntyre Jr., 18, of forcibly sexually assaulting her.

The victim didn't have any serious physical injuries, according to police.

He's been charged with second degree forcible rape and second degree forcible sex offense.
