Man missing from Duke Hospital found dead

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Roy Colon Stephenson Jr., 75, of 45 Oak Leaf Trail in Youngsville, who was the subject of a Silver Alert on Feb 10, was found dead in Halifax County (Virginia) on Wednesday approximately 8:46 pm, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office said Friday.

Stephenson was found down a dirt path lying beside his vehicle, which was stuck in the mud.

According to Halifax County law enforcement authorities there were no signs of foul play.

Stephenson was last seen at Duke Raleigh Hospital on Sunday morning.
