Four arrested in shooting death of Nash County man

NASH COUNTY (WTVD) -- Authorities in Nash County have arrested four people and are looking for a fifth suspect in connection with the shooting of a man found dead outside his home.



A family member found the victim shot to death in their front yard Friday morning.



Deputies were called to the scene in 13000 block of W. Old Spring Hope Road in Middlesex, around 8 a.m.



When they arrived, they found 21-year-old Tony Maurice Braswell Jr. lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to his chest.



Friday night, the Nash County Sheriff's Office announced that after interviews and an investigation, four arrests were made, and a fifth suspect was being sought.



The following people were taken into custody and held at the Nash County Detention Center:



Shannon Sentell Jones, 33, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. He is being held under no bond.



Mallory Nicole Johnson, 17, was arrested and charged with accessory before the fact to felony and conceal or failure to notify death of a person. She is being held on $25,000 secure bond.



Madison Deann Johnson, 21, was arrested and charged with accessory before the fact to felony and conceal or failure to notify death of a person. She is being held on $25,000 secure bond.



Danny Scott Womack, 21, was arrested and charged with accessory before the fact to felony and conceal or failure to notify death of a person. He is being held on $40,000 secure bond.
