FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Fayetteville Police have charged a man in connection with a rape that happened during the late summer of 2014.
Justin Perry Lewis, 27, of Fort Bragg, was already in custody at the Cumberland County Detention Center on charges of indecent liberties with a child in June of 2016.
On Wednesday, Lewis was charged with first-degree rape of a child, indecent liberties with a child, and sexual activity by a substitute parent.
He remains at the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $900,000 secured bond.
