FiveThirtyEight puts Clinton slightly ahead in North Carolina, predicts Burr win

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Who will carry the key swing state of North Carolina? Special Correspondent for ABC News Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight blog puts Clinton slightly ahead.

Hours before Election Day, Silver has Clinton at 51.4% in the Tar Heel State and Trump at 48.6%.
