DURHAM (WTVD) -- Durham police officers and firefighters are investigating a possible meth lab explosion in the woods near East Club Boulevard.

Police said they got a call about a man with severe burns shortly after 2 p.m. near the intersection of East Club Boulevard and Ambridge Street.

The man told officers he had been burned in a meth lab explosion but was unable to give an exact location of the lab.

Officers and firefighters are currently searching for the lab and any additional victims.
