FAYETTEVILLE, NC (WTVD) -- The Fayetteville Police Department says it has arrested a man in an August 29 rape investigation.
A department spokesperson said 55-year-old Willie Mack is charged with first-degree forcible rape, robbery with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping, first-degree forcible sex offense, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Police said some of the charges are related to a separate incident in Cumberland County.
Mack was in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a half million dollar bond.
