Verizon Wireless outage fixed

North Carolina Verizon Wireless customers experienced a brief service outage Wednesday morning.

According to the company voice and data service was interrupted in some markets in the eastern Carolinas for approximately 30 minutes.

Verizon says service was fully restored by 10:30 a.m.
