Victim dies of injuries from Durham weekend shooting

Durham police are investigating after reports of shots fired at two separate locations on Sunday night.

DURHAM, North Carolina (WTVD) -- Durham police said the victim who was shot Sunday night has died as a result of her injuries.

Robin Brodie, 28, was in a vehicle when she was shot around 7:30 p.m. at Keystone Place near Dearborn Drive, according to officers.

Brodie later showed up at Durham Regional Hospital just after 8 p.m., officials said.

Officers said they also responded to a call about a shooting at the 800 block of North Mangum Street just after 7:30 p.m. There is no indication that the shooting on Keystone Place was related to the one reported on North Mangum Street.

No victims from the shooting on North Mangum Street have been located, police said.
