Rocky Mount man shot to death during domestic violence dispute

ROCKY MOUUNT (WTVD) -- Rocky Mount police are investigating after a man was found shot to death Friday morning.

Around 3:48 a.m., officers were called to the 2000 block of Stewart Lane.

When officers arrived on scene, they found that a man had died as a result of the shooting.

As the investigation progressed, it was determined the murder was an act of domestic violence.

The deceased has been identified as 40-year-old Toby Harrison.

No charges have been made at this time, they are pending a judicial review.
