Victim stabbed in eye near Moore Square in Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh police are investigating a stabbing downtown that left one person injured early Sunday morning.

It happened in the Exchange Plaza near the Moore Square Transit Mall.

Authorities say a person was stabbed in the eye just after 2:30 a.m.

That person was rushed to the hospital for surgery.

No word yet on a suspect.
