MINNEAPOLIS -- Target has reached a $10 million settlement in a class action lawsuit stemming from last year's data breach.
Court documents say that any customer who can prove they suffered a loss as a result of the data breach would be eligible to be reimbursed up to $10,000.
Losses include time wasted dealing with unauthorized charges or getting new credit cards.
There will be a hearing in federal court in St. Paul, Minn. Thursday morning.
