Raeford man charged with rape

RAEFORD, NC (WTVD) -- The Hoke County Sheriff's Office says it has charged a Raeford man with first-degree rape after an alleged assault on Stubbs Road.

The victim was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Donte Locklear is also charged with assault on a female and marijuana possession.

He was being held without bond.
