WEST READING, Pa. -- A Berks County, Pennsylvania father took matters into his own hands when he found his daughter with a male friend.
Reginald Hardy admits he lost his cool when he walked into his Franklin Manor apartment in West Reading Friday night, and found the teenagers "sneaking around."
Court documents say Hardy punched the 19-year-old man in the face then chopped off the teen's dreadlocks with a knife.
Hardy now says he feels remorse.
He is facing aggravated assault charges and is due in court next week.
