Arrest made after 15-year-old shot to death in Rocky Mount

ROCKY MOUNT, NC (WTVD) -- Police have made an arrest after a 15-year-old was shot to death in Rocky Mount Friday afternoon.

The shooting happened in the 1600 block of Pinehaven Drive just after 1 p.m.

Police found the teen wounded. Emergency workers tried to help, but he died at Nash General Hospital.

Police said late Friday they've made an arrest in the case. They're looking for others involved.

No names have been released.
